WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

All products are currently free shipping.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Please note, At our request, product prices exclude sales tax. we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE GOODS?

Your order will be sent from China. We use FedEx, DHL, and TNT international express to deliver your order. Under normal circumstances, the goods can be received within 10 days. The order processing details are as follows::

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@vawei.com with your name and order number, and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

CAN MY ORDER BE MODIFIED?

Once your payment is completed, please inform us by phone or e-mail if any modification is needed before we dispatch your package. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by the modification.
